DO I NEED A TICKET TO ACCESS THE EVENT?
No! The event is open to everyone from 12 PM–8 PM. But VIPs get early access, priority entry, a ₱500 Shopping Voucher, a FREE Ribbon Bag Charm, and first dibs on our limited drops.

UNTIL WHEN ARE VIP TICKETS AVAILABLE?
We only have a limited number of VIP Spendable Passes. Once they're gone, they're gone—even if that's before event day.

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET?
Yes! Tickets are transferable but non-refundable, as long as they haven't been used.

CAN I USE MY ₱500 VOUCHER ON ANY CARRY OM PRODUCT?
Yes! Use your ₱500 voucher toward eligible Carry Om purchases available at the event. The voucher is one-time use only.

DOES VIP ACCESS GUARANTEE LIMITED DROPS?
VIP gets you first dibs, not guaranteed stock. Our pinks, Barbie ❤️ Carry Om exclusives, secret Mala drop, and new colorways are extremely limited—come early for the best chance to get yours.
