  • Shipping via J&T

    Purchases made from Sundays-Thursdays will be shipped the next day.

    Purchases made from Fridays & Saturdays will be shipped on Monday

    Delivery takes 1-3 days within Luzon and 3-15 days (not including weekends) nationwide.

    For rush purchases, we recommend same day pickup or delivery.

  • Upon checkout, you have the option to do:

    1. Same day pickup
    - (booking made by customer) from our studio in Antipolo
    - no dispatch on Sundays
    - 10am-4pm cutoff Mondays-Saturdays

    2. Same day delivery thru Lalamove within metro manila & rizal (fee available upon checkout)
    - no dispatch on Sundays
    - 10am-4pm cutoff Mondays-Saturdays

  • ll Carry Om bags are covered by aΒ 10-year warrantyΒ against manufacturing defects.

    All Carry Om bags come with a special tag inside indicating date of manufacture. We use this as a guide for warranty claims.

    Currently, we only cover warranty within the Philippines. If you're traveling or now outside the Philippines, we can fix it at customer's courier expense.

    What’s Covered:

    β€’ Manufacturing defects such as issues with stitching, zippers, straps, or structural integrity.

    What’s Not Covered:

    β€’ Cosmetic issues such as fading, scuffs, or discoloration.

    β€’ Externally manufactured collaboration products such charms and prints.

    β€’ Prints on bags such as artwork, logo prints, or aesthetics markings that are printed on fabric such as DTF, silk screens, or other modes of prints and paints that are subject to natural wear and tear, peeling off.

    β€’ Damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, overloading, or failure to follow care instructions.

    β€’ Free bags or bags part of a giveaway program by Carry Om, without warranty cards.

    How It Works:

    β€’ If a manufacturing defect is found within 10 years, we will repair your bag free of charge.

    β€’Β Courier Costs: Carry Om will cover courier fees if defect is within 3 months. Anything beyond, customer will cover courier costs to and from the repair facility.

  • Due to our manufacturing process, we currently do not offer any customizations for one-off products or personalized bags.

    We are however open to collaboration and customize pieces with other brands, businesses, and bulk orders. For this, you may contact us via email at:

  • Depending on the tag you have received, our pre-orders typically takes 2-4 weeks and will be shipped out within that timeframe.

    Products that are not tagged as pre-orders will be shipped the next day except Sundays.

  • If an item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase date, you may request a price adjustment in the form of store credits equivalent to the price difference.

    Eligibility:
    β€’ Applies only to identical items (same style, color, and variant)
    β€’ Item must be available at the discounted price at the time of request
    β€’ Valid only for public promotions

    Terms:
    β€’ Adjustments are issued as store credits only (no cash refunds)
    β€’ Store credits are non-transferable and not convertible to cash
    β€’ Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the original purchase date (Philippine Standard Time)
    β€’ Once a price adjustment has been claimed, the item becomes final sale and is no longer eligible for exchange
